Your Contributions to the Team:

Do you enjoy learning and following an organized plan? We are seeking a "new-bee" to join our Production team to support processing and packaging of our quality honey and other food ingredients. As the Production Equipment Sanitation Specialist, you will support the team by carrying out a variety of sanitation duties related to food repackaging and manufacturing in accordance with a daily sanitation schedule and and Food Quality Assurance standards. To be successful in this labor intensive role, you will exhibit a high level of attention to detail, organization, and time management. A typical day could entail disassembling/reassembling various pieces of production equipment to ensure proper sanitation, using industrial machinery and hand tools to complete sanitation tasks, utilizing an electric scrubber to clean the production floors, and other housekeeping tasks. This role is based out of our Production Facility located at 120 N. Seneca Road and the typical work week is Monday - Friday, either from 8:00am to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM.

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of production or sanitation experience, within a food production setting is a plus
• Ability to safely operate, break down and clean various pieces of machinery and tools (such as power washer, drum crusher, etc.)
• Forklift certified or the ability to become forklift certified
• Basic math, reading and computer skills
• Solid written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a semi-regular basis
• Comfortable working in a Production/Warehouse like environment where Personal Protective Equipment is required (hair nets/beard nets, safety glasses, etc.)
